Return Policy

Final Sale Items
All items purchased during sale events are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@trezher.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Kindly include photos of the product, and we will handle your request on a case-by-case basis.

Orders

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please retain this email for your records. For any questions or changes to your order, kindly reach out to our customer service team at info@trezher.com with your order number.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@trezher.com within 2 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations beyond this time frame cannot be guaranteed due to our order processing timelines.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and all orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your purchase. During high-volume periods, such as sales or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use UPS Ground as our standard shipping method. Shipping rates and delivery times are based on the destination.

  • Signature Requirement: All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for your package.

  • Address Changes: If your package has already been shipped, you can update your address through the UPS website or by contacting our team at info@trezher.com.

  • P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and do not include processing times.

Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before it officially launches. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms that the item will ship at a future date, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Payment: The full amount will be charged to your selected payment method at the time the pre-order is placed.

  • Changes: Once a pre-order is confirmed, changes to size, color, or quantity cannot be made.

Shipping for Pre-Orders
The estimated shipping date for your pre-order can be found on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note that shipping dates are subject to change depending on production schedules. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the item is ready to ship.

Ordering In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
For customers within the U.S., if you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be split. The in-stock items will be processed and shipped according to our usual shipping timeline, while the pre-order items will follow their estimated shipping date.
